Preparing your submission
1. Paper formatting
- Please update your paper to include all comments of the reviewers for the workshop version and any feedback you received during the workshop.
- Submissions should be formatted following the LNCS formatting style which is available via: http://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines
- Papers respect the page limits according to the paper type:
- Regular papers: 16 pages, excluding references.
- Short papers: 8 pages, excluding references.
- Student papers: 6 pages, excluding references.
- Review the Springer Instructions for Authors
- Rename it to be EMAS2025_XXX_paper.pdf where XXX is your paper ID.
2. Sign the license-to-publish
- Complete the license-to-publish forms
- Double check Section 9 “Checklist of Items to Be Sent to Your Conference Contact” before submitting the Camera Ready of the Springer Instructions for Authors
- The corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign the Licence-to-Publish form (word or pdf), through which the copyright for their paper is transferred to Springer.
- The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.
- Scan the completed copyright form in electronic format (in PDF) and rename it to be EMAS2025_XXX_cr.pdf where XXX is your paper ID.
3. Prepare the source files (Zip Format)
- Create a zip file containing all your source files. Please include
- all LaTeX2e files for the text,
- all PS/EPS or PDF/JPG files for all figures,
- bib and bbl files to avoid omissions of data.
- Name the file EMAS2025_XXX_sources.zip where XXX is your paper ID.
- Name your bbl file EMAS20205_XXX_references.bbl where XXX is your paper ID.

Use the Post-Proceedings Camera Ready Submission button.
- Source Files: Upload the zip file containing your source files.
- Camera Ready PDF: Upload the final PDF version of your paper.
- Copyright: Upload the signed copyright form.
